Yes it's true, I'm still totally obsessed with color blocking. Color blocking is nothing further from a new concept, but on the Spring 2011 runways it made a HUGE come-back and I still adore it in 2012. There are quite a few ways to tackle this trend but the first step is to understand what your own personal limits are, then you can adjust the ensemble accordingly.

Ideally you want to play up three colors for the best combination. If you're not too sure how to proceed with your color choice I've included a few examples of fail-safe hues that always look fabulous when paired.
- Cobalt Blue, Yellow & Orange
- Chocolate Brown, Pink & Peach
- Purple, Bright Blue & Teal
- Deep Blue, Bright Pink & White
- Coral, Grey & Ivory
